1. About AI Holo Lab

AI Holo Lab is a service operated by Holofex (holofex.com) that uses AI generation technology to turn your images and descriptions into hologram video files for holographic fan displays. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for a single business or individual and may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans, pricing and generations

• All subscription prices are in US dollars (USD) and are billed monthly.
• Each completed hologram uses one generation. Your plan's generation allowance resets each month and unused generations do not roll over.
• Add-on generations can be purchased at any time on any plan.
• Subscription prices may change from time to time depending on a range of factors. If prices change, generations you have already purchased will always be honoured.
• You can cancel at any time — see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

4. Your content and ownership

• You own the holograms you generate. Once downloaded, your holograms are yours to keep and use — commercially or otherwise — forever.
• You confirm that you own, or have the rights to use, any image, logo or other material you upload.
• You grant Holofex a non-exclusive licence to use holograms generated with the service for Holofex marketing material only. We will never resell your holograms or claim ownership of them.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use AI Holo Lab to create, or attempt to create, holograms depicting:

• illegal activity of any kind, including drugs or drug paraphernalia;
• nudity, sexual or otherwise explicit material;
• any content involving or sexualising children;
• content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• any other unlawful, hateful or harmful material.

Generation requests are subject to automated content moderation, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

6. AI-generated results

Holofex uses the best available generation technology, but AI output is inherently variable: your hologram may not match exactly what you intended, and two generations from the same input can differ. Previews in the app demonstrate movements and effects — the final result is uniquely rendered. Holofex accepts no liability for variations in AI-generated output, and generations that complete successfully cannot be refunded due to the high generation cost expended. If you believe a result is irregular (for example, a generation failed or produced a corrupted file), please contact support and we will look into it.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holofex's total liability arising out of your use of AI Holo Lab is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
