This policy explains what information Holofex — AI Holo Lab collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your email address, name (optional) and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Content you upload — images, logos and text descriptions you submit to generate holograms.
• Generated holograms — the video files the service creates for you, stored so they appear in your library.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch Holofex servers.
• Usage data — generation counts and basic technical logs used to run and improve the service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: your uploads are sent to our AI generation partners solely to create your holograms.
• To manage your subscription, generation allowance and billing.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve reliability and quality of the service.
• Holofex may use holograms generated with the service in its own marketing material, as described in our Terms of Service.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service:

• Supabase — authentication and account database.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• AI generation providers — receive your uploaded image or prompt to render your hologram.
• Vercel — hosting and file storage for generated holograms.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated holograms are stored so you can access your library; we recommend downloading anything you want to keep permanently. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Cookies

AI Holo Lab uses essential cookies only — they keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Contact us and we will respond promptly.

7. Children

AI Holo Lab is a business tool and is not directed at children. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
