Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard: Settings → Manage / cancel subscription.
• Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access to your plan — and any remaining generations — until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Holograms you have downloaded are yours to keep forever, even after cancelling.

Refunds

Each hologram generation consumes significant AI compute the moment it runs. Because that cost is expended and cannot be recovered, completed generations and partially-used subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

AI-generated results naturally vary — a hologram that differs from what you pictured is part of how AI generation works and is not considered a fault, so refunds cannot be issued on that basis. The in-app preview demonstrates movement and effects; the final render is always unique.

When something goes wrong

If a generation fails, produces a corrupted file, or something else looks irregular, contact support — failed generations are not counted against your allowance, and we will always work with you to put genuine problems right. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Pricing changes

Subscription prices are monthly, in USD, and may change over time. If prices change, generations you have already purchased will always be honoured.
